Service Description
I use elements of humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches. My sessions are tailored to your unique needs to find your confidence. I also use elements of my bereavement training, because very often loss of some kind is a reason for feeling stuck.
As Shakespeare put it so well in Hamlet: "There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so." My aim is to empower you to live a more peaceful, content & fulfilled life.
